License access and replacement terms
This product is delivered as time-limited subscription or license access for automotive repair data and workshop use.
Regular License means 1 month of access. Extended License means 1 year of access when the extended option is available on the product page.
Replacement or refund review is available if access is not delivered as described or stops working during the purchased license term for reasons not caused by buyer activity.
- Covered issues can include invalid credentials, missing access rights, or access that stops working during the active license term.
- Not covered: sharing or reselling access, violating service rules, abusive automation, changing security data in a risky way, chargebacks, or blocks caused by buyer activity.
